- “United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
- ‘’Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment’’

It is to be noted that as per the rules applicable under the law of UAE, any user who is below the age of 18 or a minor is not lawfully registered. Therefore, transactions cannot be conducted by a minor.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
We accept returns of goods for refund (or for a repair, replacement or a credit note) within 7 days of receipt; however, the acceptance of the return is subject to the following conditions:
1- The product packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another or refund the payment.
2- If the product has a manufacturing fault that wouldn’t normally have been detected at the time they bought it before 1st use; (hidden fault)
3- If the delivered product is not the same as described by the salesperson, or on a label or sign, or in an advertisement, or does not match the sample they were shown;
We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

After 7 days, this refund policy doesn’t apply, However, under-warranty items still eligible for free repair /replacement as per #Warranty & repair policy below.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY
We deliver our Products to emirates in UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.
Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 4 working days depending on the city. UAE Delivery Fees will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the ordered product, quantity and delivery location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
